The Use of Bitter-Leaf in Controlling Blood Sugar & Managing Diabetes

Using Bitter-leaf extract to treat Diabetes

About 15 years ago my uncle became diabetic & life was becoming frustrating & miserable for him till he met someone who told him how to regulate his blood sugar & manage the diabetes by using bitter-leaf extract & he took the advice & his health condition improved. Today he is still alive, hale & hearty. Do you know any-one who is suffering from diabetes or you want to prevent the disease from not even manifesting in your life then this post is for you
http://bit.ly/39JQkCC Bitter-leaf is very, very cheap & affordable. Although when something is cheap it is not usually valued.

Diabetes is caused by uncontrollable rise in blood sugar or blood glucose level beyond the normal level. The goal of Diabetes treatment is to reduce blood glucose or sugar level to as close as possible to normal level. This can be effectively done using a natural substance commonly called the “bitter-leaf”.

Defending champions Barcelona were humbled by two goals to zero(2-0) as Atletico Madrid cruise into the semi-finals of the 2015/2016 UEFA champions league 3-2 on aggregate at their expense. The result ensured that no team have been able to successfully defend the champions league in it's new format & the curse of the champions league with respect to the defending champion still remains unbroken & history unchanged.

Barcelona had won the first leg by 2-1 & needed just a draw to scale through to the next round but it was not to be as the deadly trio of Messi, Suarez & Neymar(MSN) were effectively neutralized & made to look ordinary during the encounter. Antoine Griezmann who scored both goals for Atletico was at his lethal best. The result means that Barcelona could not re-write history.

Real-Madrid Ends Barcelona 39-Game Unbeaten Run as the BBC Trinity Out-Shines the MSN Trio in Zidane’s First El-Classico

By Sammy Aniekan for Eddysam Educators Sports

Real Madrid defeated Barcelona by a 2-1 score-line in Zinedine Zidane’s first El-Classico as the manager of Real-Madrid at the Nou-Camp. The result has actually thrown the title race open again. It was sweet revenge for the 4-0 battering which Real-Madrid got at the hands of Barcelona earlier in the season in the first leg of the encounter at the Santiago-Bernabeu.

Much was said about the destructive form of the MSN(Messi, Suarez, & Neymar) attacking trident of Barcelona prior to the match but it was as if they were not on the pitch for the entire duration of the match as the Real’s inspired trinity of BBC(Bale, Benzema & Cristiano Ronaldo) stole the show. The BBC all had their hands in the goals.

Pique headed Barcelona into the lead in the 56th minute from a corner-kick. Benzema equalized in the 62nd minute from an acrobatic volley. Bale had a goal incorrectly disallowed in the 80th minute. Sergio Ramos was given the matching orders in the 83rd minute. Ronaldo scored the winning goal in the 85th minute assisted by Bale.

Messi was unable to score his 500th senior career goal as he was not at the party while Zidane broke recent history to win his first El-Classico as a Real-Madrid manager. Ronaldo show that he still has the drive in him & the ability to perform at the highest level as it had been said prior to the match that he can’t produce the goods in the big matches any-more.

Diseases that Predominantly Affects the Elderly Part 1

As a person grows older the body defense system, the immune system becomes weaker & as such its ability to fight off diseases diminishes which results in the person being susceptible to some diseases & ailments. Family history, lifestyle, & eating habits & the kind of occupation & the environment where the person has lived & worked also plays a role in ushering in this diseases.

Now get this right it does not mean that because you are growing old that these diseases must affect you, most of them can actually be avoided while some like post-menopausal problems can only be controlled as every normal woman will definitely stop menstruating at a point in her life.

Another thing to take note of is that because of the massive destruction, pollution & alteration of our natural environment couple with the proliferation of genetically modified food substances & consumption of processed food the age at which people now experience the onset of these diseases has now decrease significantly. Women now experience menopausal problems before even getting to the age of forty, while men in their thirties now experience erectile dysfunction.

You need to be aware of this diseases that affect the elderly, know what to do to prevent them, & as you grow older you need to go for regular medical check-up because these diseases are easy to control, managed or cure when detected early. It is said that prevention is better than cure so take positive steps to prevent these diseases while you are still young don’t wait until the onset of old age or it may be too late by then.

Diseases that affect the elderly include the following:

  • Hypertension
  • Arthritis
  • Insomnia (Sleeplessness)
  • Osteoporosis (Loss of Bone density or mass)
  • Menopausal Problems
  • Diabetes
  • Neurodegenerative condition
  • Metabolism slows down or becomes weak
  • Prostate problems
  • Memory loss
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Worry & anxiety
  • Vision impairment
  • Hearing problem
  • Living in the past reasoning in the past
  • Stroke

We shall be taking a look at some of these diseases one after the other

Hypertension

Many elderly people are suffering from this problem. There is no remedy for hypertension, it can only be managed even though it can be prevented. Hypertension results from the sustained increase in blood pressure for a prolonged period of time. Things that can trigger your blood pressure to rise abnormally & put you at risk of hypertension include smoking, alcohol & caffeine consumption over time, obesity, high salt intake, bad news, family history, excessive anger and being stress over time.

You can avoid this disease by:
  • not smoking,
  • drinking alcohol & caffeine only for medical reasons & not for pleasure,
  • avoiding food that will make you obese & put you at risk
  • cutting down on your salt intake as you grow older & never spray raw salt on your food
  • using very little or nothing at all of food sweeteners such as maggi when cooking as you grow older,
  • know your family history because hypertension can be inherited
  • avoid stressing your body over a prolonged period of time & resting your body properly
  • sleeping adequately
  • seeing your doctor regularly for check-up

If you adhere to these instructions religiously while you are still young hypertension won’t even come close to you. For someone who is already suffering from hypertension he should ensure that he keeps his anger in check at all cost & follow the instructions above as well as consult a medical personnel as he will need to be placed under regular medication which he will need to adhere to.
