When you are multiplying any number by 10, all you have to do to get the answer is to attach one zero to the extreme right of the number.  e.g 452 X10 = 4520



When multiplying any number by 100 just add two zeros to the number. e.g 3584 X100 =358400.



Similarly multiplication by 1,000, 10,000 follows this pattern.
