ARTHRITIS: Causes, Prevention & Cure

Arthritis is a term used to describe different musculo-skeletal problems. Arthritis affects Joints especially the neck, shoulder, spine, lower back, hip, knees, fingers, toes etc. Arthritis is often characterized by:

  • Pain in the joints,
  • Stiffness & diminished range of motion,
  • Swelling,
  • Deformity &
  • Bone growth may develop in the affected joint.

Causes of Arthritis

Diet & lifestyle should take up to 90% of the blame for arthritis: Inorganic calcium from hard (untreated) water & pasteurized cow's milk can accumulate at the joints causing inflammation that may lead to arthritis, Inappropriate diet (gluttony, consuming junk foods, fast foods, excess sugar, soda, etc.) & lifestyle (lack of exercise, using alcohol, etc.) may lead to autoimmune disorder (causing arthritis) it can make a person overweight or obese, leading to arthritis (because of the overbearing weight of the body on the skeletal system), Excessive animal protein intake can lead to excess uric acid crystals accumulating in the joints, causing gouty arthritis. Sedentary living can lead to stiffness.

Treating Arthritis

Arthritis can be greatly relieved or reversed by consuming fresh fruits, raw vegetables &fresh fruit juices,regular fasts, warm baths, & gently massage. The juice must be freshly extracted, not commercially packaged fruit juices with preservatives.
Sufferers of arthritis should avoid the nightshade family of vegetables such as garden eggs, peppers & tomatoes as these can aggravate arthritis.
